The development history of ventilators

Ventilator has a long history, at home and abroad has been the rapid development, and achieved more excellent results.  As early as many years BEFORE C. C., the simple wooden huller was developed in China, which functioned on basically the same principle as the modern centrifugal fan.  In 1862, Britain's Guibel invented the centrifugal fan, whose impeller and casing are concentric round, the casing is made of brick, and the wooden impeller uses backward straight blades. The efficiency is only about 40%, and it is mainly used for mine ventilation.  In 1880, people designed a cochlear housing for mine ventilation, and a centrifugal fan with backward curved blades, the structure was more complete.  In 1892, France developed a cross-flow fan;  In 1898, Irish design of forward blade sirocco centrifugal fan, and widely used by countries;  In the 19th century, axial fan has been used in mine ventilation and metallurgical industry, but its pressure is only 100 ~ 300 pa, the efficiency is only 15 ~ 25%, until the 1940s to get rapid development.

In 1935, Germany first used axial flow isobaric fan for boiler ventilation and ventilation;  In 1948, Denmark made an axial flow fan with adjustable moving blades in operation;  Rotating axial fans, meridional accelerating axial fans, oblique fans and cross-flow fans have also been developed.

In the process of contemporary economic development, as the fan belongs to a wide range of applications in power generation, chemical industry and other general machinery, has a significant impact on the national economy, developed countries and developing countries including Our country to the manufacture of fan products are very important.  The world's largest fan manufacturers are mainly Japan, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, the United States and so on.  Relatively large wind turbine manufacturers are Hitachi, Ebara, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Co., LTD., Kawashima Heavy Industries Co., LTD., etc.  In the UK, there are James Howden and Company;  Germany has Magdelava turbine machinery company and KKK company;  Switzerland mainly has sulter life company and so on.
